GASTROSTUDIO - National Agricultural Museum in Prague

Project documentation and complex realization of the exhibition, which is at the same time a professional, fully functional gastronomic facility. The entire exhibition area has the shape of a rectangle whose symmetry is undermined by two niches. In one of these niches we placed a small children's play kitchen, the second one with an area of about 100 m2, separated from the hall by a glass wall, was adapted for GASTRO STUDIO, fully adhering to the structural and technological norms of the EU. The intention of the investor is to invite top culinary experts to the facility for culinary presentations and cooking courses. With this step, there will also be a dramatic increase in the attractiveness of the exposition for visitors, who will be able to watch the chef in action right behind the glass, as well as on two 55" screens located above the glass wall in the exposition. For the experience to be authentic and for the viewers to be able to watch right “over the shoulder” of the culinary masters, four well-placed rotary cameras are filming the scene from the studio and these shots along with the audio are transmitted to outdoor monitors. The supplied folding tables solve the table and seating arrangements for the tasting sessions in the section in front of the glass wall in the exposition.
